EC&EC (E-Claims & Eligibility) provides a list of services to our customers. One primary advantage of EC&EC is a lower cost E-Claim alternative whether you have 50 or hundreds of claims per month, the savings we offer will be realized immediately.
Here is a list of the services that we provide.
- Submit Claims: View claim information and choose which ones to send individually or hold and send in a batch.
- Print Claims: Any required paper claims will be sent 1st Class Mail for no extra cost! NPI Numbers included.
- Store NPI Numbers: No need to upgrade your practice management system just because there is no place for your NPI. We’ll take care of it for you.
- Send Eligibility Requests: Check patient eligibility prior to their appointment. Answers in 5 - 20 seconds!
- View Reports: View electronic responses, EOBs, rejects, alerts and daily reports.
- WatchDog™: See the average number of days each insurance company takes to pay a claim. Each outstanding claim shows the expected date of payment.
- Electronic Attachments: Submit all your claim attachments (X-Ray, forms, etc.) electronically using NEA (National Electronic Attachment).
